ProjectSignal terms of service
Effective October 22, 2026. These terms cover the ProjectSignal weekly permit digest provided by Ryan Smith, doing business as ProjectSignal, 5015 S Regal St #H1060, Spokane, WA 99223.
- The service. A weekly email summarizing public building-permit records that may be relevant to a subscriber's trade, with links to the official source. Current coverage: City of Seattle.
- No bid or award claims. Permits are not invitations to bid. We never claim a project is open for bidding unless the official record says so.
- Accuracy. Public records can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and our relevance scores are estimates. Verify information with the official source before relying on it. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.
- Free trial. New pilot subscribers get the first 2 weeks free. We don't collect payment details for the trial and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
- Price and payment. $79 per month, billed monthly in advance by card through Stripe or by invoice. Pilot subscribers keep this founding price for 12 months while their subscription stays active. Prices are shown before purchase.
- Cancellation and refunds. Cancel any time online through our billing page (linked on our website and in every receipt) or by emailing hello@projectsignalhq.com. There are no refunds for partial months; access continues to the end of the paid month.
- Acceptable use. The digest is for your internal business use. Don't resell, republish or bulk-redistribute it.
- Email. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing unsubscribe@projectsignalhq.com.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the claim.
- Changes. We'll email subscribers at least 14 days before material changes to these terms.
- Law. Washington State law governs these terms.
