For Washington commercial HVAC & mechanical contractors

The commercial jobs that fit your shop, before they're bid.

Seattle logs about 550 new permit filings a week. We go through every one, track status changes on active projects, and send you only the commercial jobs in plan review with real HVAC or mechanical scope, filtered to the job sizes and building types you bid and tuned to the work your company already does.

From Ryan

I'm Ryan Smith, and I run ProjectSignal from Spokane. The City of Seattle publishes every commercial building permit, including the ones that say "mechanical included", but nobody running a mechanical shop has time to read hundreds of filings a week.

So the list does the reading. Each item is checked against the City's official record, and I approve every list before it goes out. If something on yours isn't worth your time, reply and tell me; that's how it gets better.
